Sha’ar HaYichud V’HaEmuna: Beginning of Chapter Nine 28th of Sivan

Chochma, loosely translated as “wisdom,” is the loftiest capability and power in a person. Yet in the possuk, “Kulom b’chochma osisa,” (You made all of them with wisdom) we see that Hashem creates the world with Chochma.

The concept: Just as the action is the lowest, most external capability of a person, Chochma is a lowly and external capability of Hashem, so to speak.

So, the life-force in our physical action is nothing compared to the life-force of our chochma and our chochma is the source of the life of the body.

Likewise all of physical creation (matter) is like nothing compared to the life-force in the letters of speech (of G-d). The life-force in the letters of speech are like-nothing in comparison to the life-force in the letters of thought. The life-force in the letters of thought are nothing in comparison to the life-force of the emotions. The greatness and spiritual degree of the emotions (which inspired the letters of) thought. That thought is nothing in comparison tpo Chochma, Binah and Da’as which are the source for emotions.

So too, actually, is chochma relative to Hashem’s glory. He’s completely aloof and removed from everything.
